I love to do HIIT {High Intensity Interval Training} instead of hours of cardio! Here are a few of my favorite HIIT Treadmill Workouts that keep your heart rate up and blast fat fast! Try this for your next cardio — you can combine the exercises to make a 10-20 minute HIIT or you can do each exercise as it’s own HIIT by repeating them!
