‘Tis the season for fall athleisure, and daaaaaang I’m so excited. I was thrilled to have snagged this Alo bomber jacket because I’ve had my eye on it for some time.  It’s got a perforated material but is still thick enough for some chilly fall temps.  These ripped warrior leggings are also a fave of mine — and they’re a nice change from my typical moto leggings that I typically wear.

As many of y’all know, J and I are starting a 30 day metabolic reset {aka detox} today! I had such an amazing weekend, celebrating my friend’s bachelorette, but I’m now ready for this reset more than ever.  Plus, Jordan and I love challenging ourselves like this and pushing our bodies.  I’ll be sharing progress photos, meal prep, supplements, etc. so make sure to follow along!

Here’s this week’s workout routine:

Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT

  • Front Squats with Dumbbells: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Barbell Hip Thrusts: 10 reps with 10 pulses, 3 sets
  • Single Leg Deadlifts: 12 single reps each leg, 3 sets

*sprint on treadmill for 1 minute*

  • Abductors/Adductors with Infinity Resistance Band: 20 reps of each, 4 sets
  • Reverse Hack Squats: 10 reps, 4 sets
  • Single Leg Squat {using dumbbell or kettlebell}: 10 reps each side, 4 sets

*sprint on treadmill for 1 minute*

  • End with weighted walking lunges {100 total}! Take breaks as needed.

Tuesday: Shoulders + HIIT

  • Barbell Shoulder Press: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Alternating Lateral Raises: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Standing Front Raises with Weight Plate: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Lying Rear Delt Raise: 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Dumbbell Shrugs: 15 reps, 3 sets

Wednesday: Take a Full Body Class!

Thursday: Chest & Triceps + HIIT

  • Dumbbell Bench Press: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Tricep Dips: until failure, 3 sets
  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Single Arm Pushdown: 12 reps each arm, 3 sets
  • Medball Push-Up: until failure, 3 sets
  • Cable Pushdowns: 10 normal reps, 10 halfway pulses, 3 sets
  • Alternating Cable Chest Flyes: 10 reps each side, 3 sets
  • Skullcrushers: 10 reps, 3 sets

Friday: Legs {Mostly Glutes} & Abs + HIIT

  • Lunge Pulses: 15 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Front Squats: 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Donkey Kicks with resistance band: 12 reps each leg, 3 sets

*sprint on treadmill for 0.15 mile after each set*

  • Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlift: 8 reps each leg, 3 sets
  • Barbell Thrusts: 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Sumo Squats: 15 reps, 3 sets

Saturday: Back & Biceps + HIIT

  • Seated Row: 8 rep hold, 5 sets
  • Alternating dumbbell hammer curls: 12 reps each arm, 5 sets
  • Single arm cable row: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Bicep Curl with Straight Bar: 28 method, 4 sets
  • Seated Face Pulls: 12 reps, 4 sets
  • Alternating Incline Bicep Curls: 15 reps each, 4 sets
  • Hyperextensions: until failure, 4 sets
  • Lat Pulldown: 8 reps, 4 sets

Sunday: Rest Day {or you can do cardio if you’re feeling frisky!}
