#FitWithASD Video: Ab Circuit

Here are some of my favorite exercises that work your abdominals! This quick ab circuit is a great way to end any workout.  I always receive questions on what kind of ab work I do — I typically involve weighted exercises along with body weight exercises.  Hope you enjoy this video!

Ab Circuit:

Weighted V-Ups on Bosu: 15 reps, 3 sets
Crunches on Bosu: 15 reps, 3 sets
Reverse Curls: 15 reps, 3 sets
Decline Weighted Sit-Ups: 15 reps, 3 sets
Decline Russian Twists: 5 reps {up & down}, 3 sets
Weighted Rope Crunches: 10 reps, 10 pulses, 3 sets
